Additional Information: We are seeking points in three sub-categories of this action: 2.4.1 in partnership with SCRCOG, we have completed our contribution to a regional inventory of Open Space. The spreadsheet and partnership letter is attached. A series of maps of Woodbridge Open Space from our Plan of Conservation and Development appears on pages 92, 93 and 100 of that document, and a table listing open space acreage by classification appears on page 91 (see attached PDF of POCD Chapter 6). Finally, a listing of Town-owned property appears as an appendix of the POCD (see pages 159-161, attached PDF of POCD Appendix). 2.4.2 the Woodbridge Conservation Commission has developed its own rating scale framework for open space preservation planning purposes (see attached spreadsheet file - sheets one and two describe the rating and criteria, sheet three is a sample property rating, and sheet four contains notes describing the rating process for this sample parcel). In addition, the Commission's Open Space Plan contains a list of resources of interest to protect (see Page 6, Goal 7 of the Open Space PDF, attached). Finally, the POCD contains a section titled "Framework for Open Space Acquisitions and Classification" (see POCD page 99) and a map of priority parcels (see POCD page 100). 2.4.3 the Woodbridge Conservation Commission updated the Woodbridge Open Space Preservation Plan (see attached PDF, also posted on the Town Website), approving it unanimously on April 20, 2017. It was then presented to the Board of Selectmen for acceptance on 9/13/2017 (see Town website for Minutes of the Board of Selectmen acceptance, page 10 of 10 available here: http://www.woodbridgect.org/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Minutes/_09132017-1049

Additional Information: Additional detail on solar array at the Town Library, and solar lease data (selling energy back into the grid) at Beecher Road School is being added to the Portfolio Manager tool to resolve errors in our report. This information is also available as PDF documents if necessary for our application -- please do not hesitate to contact us if there are any questions. Thank you! For worksheet detail, please note: A Public Works/Town Hall combined meter was in place at the time of our 2011 benchmark, but a subsequent major renovation/new building for Public Works was completed in 2014 and the meters were then separated. Therefore there is no data past 2014 for the meter that is generating an error message in the Portfolio Manager "Error report for Z_Closed_CTLG_Woodbridge_TownHall-PublicWorksCombined"
