CT Coalition to End Homelessness: Northwest Mobility Management Regional Overview Training
This training is designed for Northwest Coordinated Access Network (CAN).
Transportation is a critical component of housing stability and access to healthcare, employment, and other essential services. This regional training series introduces Connecticut's Mobility Management network and helps providers understand the transportation resources available within their service area.
Each session will focus on one of Connecticut's Mobility Management regions and is designed for providers serving the corresponding Coordinated Access Network (CAN). Participants are encouraged to register for the session that aligns with the region in which they work. Regional Mobility Managers will provide an overview of local transportation resources, eligibility requirements, available services, and referral processes specific to their area.
